After much creating, destroying, redoing, thinking, shopping and brainstorming, I am happy to announce my custom tutus are now available! I have my sister to thank for getting me started. Supposedly, tutus are big business in the South. Big Surprise. My little sis couldn't believe that every mom out west isn't making and selling tutus. Ok, so I doubt I'm the FIRST, but I am the first I know of in my town.
